What's the difference between a quote and an invoice?

A quote is a proposal — it tells your client what the work will cost before they commit. An invoice is a bill for completed (or agreed) work. Once a client accepts a quote, you can convert it directly into an invoice with one click, carrying over all the line items and amounts.

Can my client accept or decline a quote online?

Yes! When you send a quote, your client receives a link to view it. On that page, they can click "Accept" or "Decline". You'll be notified of their response and the quote status updates automatically.
