Can I record expenses in foreign currencies?

Yes! When creating an expense, select the currency from the dropdown. Enter the exchange rate and OneBookPlus calculates the AUD equivalent. This is useful for overseas purchases, software subscriptions billed in USD, or international travel.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes! Go to Settings → Import, select "Contacts", upload a CSV file, map the columns, and import. This is perfect for migrating from another tool like Xero, MYOB, or a spreadsheet.

Yes! When creating an invoice, choose whether prices are GST-inclusive or GST-exclusive. OneBookPlus calculates the 10% GST automatically on each line item and displays the subtotal, GST amount, and total. This information also flows into your accounting reports and BAS preparation.

Can clients book appointments without an account?

Yes! Your public booking page (onebookplus.com.au/book/your-slug) allows anyone to book without creating an account. They simply choose a service, pick a date and time, enter their name and contact details, and confirm.

What financial year does OneBookPlus use?

OneBookPlus uses the Australian financial year (1 July to 30 June). All quarterly reports align to this: Q1 is July–September, Q2 is October–December, Q3 is January–March, and Q4 is April–June.
